Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You have to be a licensed inspector in Ohio.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building systems, components, and construction practices.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues and hazards
- Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
